Dieting to lose weight

hello to all bloggers out there..especially to my galfriends who read my blog. i knew it been long time i updated my blog, reason were i busy with my working schedule, secondly am busy watching japan online drama and lastly my life have been routinely the same nothing much happen..work, work, work...only once a while gg out with galfriends and my bf.But lately..after day by day, weeks by weeks, followed by months i realize that i have gain weight coz each time i wear my clothers, it getting tighter and by few weeks i cant even wear the blouse which i bought 3 months ago..how ah! and to my most surprised that i have drastically earned for myself is when i measure on the weighing machine last friday......"70 kg"!!!!!! gosh shit.its the heaviest weight i had for my whole life!..i thought the last time i weight myself..it just 60kg only! i think it was last year july..that means i gain 10 kg within 1 year? huh..shit seh..

so tonight i have set a goal. am gonna shed my weight. at least 5 kg before tis coming raya..so that i can fit into some of my baju kurung or blouse which i know it could be just for show in my cupboard if i dont make an effort to lose weight. haiz..for the next update of my post will definite be about the journey and updates about my dieting and how i feel about it. i know it will be hard for someone like me..."A food lover", "A meat eater" and i have to cut down on my seafood intake...huhuhuhu "wailing". but no matter what i have to shed at least 5kg!

am sure you all have heard about the Special K 2 weeks challenge.so am gonna take up this challenge. am gonna replace my 2 meals with kellogg K cereal which i already bought this afternoon with my mama. hopely by two weeks time, i can some difference. wish me the best alright.gdnight...




p.s: mintak2 mama tak masak lauk my fav next 2 weeks..especially sambal udang and ketam masak lemak cili padi..slurp..stop it k dyla!
